[BProc] gm_route versus GM mapper

Also just curious if anyone has done any comparisons with the gm_route
and Myricom's GM mapper.  gm_route 1.0 did seem to resolve some
stability problems I was seeing before, but I'm wondering now since
Myricom has apparently improving things if gm_route 1.0 isn't a little
old.  If there happens to be new source, I'd like to know where it is.
