[BProc] failing to boot phase 2

I've gotten my cluster to the point where I can get it is attempting to boot
the phase2 kernel (via beoboot).  However, I'm getting this error:

What is "real_mode_conf"?  


I'm using bproc 3.2.6 with 2.4.24 kernel.  beoboot-lanl.1.2-1, from
clustermatic 2, I think.  Eventually, I'm trying to get this to boot on
myrinet.
