Erik,

On a related note... How many of the /proc<pid>/ entries are "virtualized" 
by bproc currently? In particular I'm interested in:

     /proc/<pid>/cmdline
     /proc/<pid>/environ
     /proc/<pid>/exe
     /proc/<pid>/maps
     /proc/<pid>/mem
     /proc/<pid>/stat

We've already established that /proc/<pid>/exe isn't supported yet. And my 
current work with Dyninst leads me to believe that /proc/<pid>/maps isn't 
supported yet either. How about the rest?
