The license for just about everything on there is the GPL.  That means
you can freely re-distribute and modify it but any modifications you
decide to distrubute must also be distributed under the terms of the
GPL.

The only exception I can think of off the top of my head is the
myrinet stuff.  I believe you will need permission to redistribute for
commercial purposes.
