[BProc] Who should I contact when selling clustermatic installed system.

Hello all,

I'm a founder of a startup company called "Cluster Computing Inc." 
which aims to sell small(around 10cpu) clusters in Japan.

After some testing, we found bproc based suite, clustermatic is feasible 
for our products.

Do we need to get any permission for selling clustermatic(with minor modification) 
preinstalled system ? If so from where ?
