[BProc] ANNOUNCE: Clustermatic 3

We've released version 3 of Clustermatic.  For those of you that don't
know, it's basically all the BProc software and related stuff packed
up as easy-to-use RPMs which can be installed on top of Red Hat or
Yellowdog.

You download the ISO image from there or get one from us at the LANL
booth at Super Computing 2002 in Baltimore next week.
