rsh is not used.. it is replaced by a similar command called bpsh, I also
belive there is an enhanced version of lam-mpi that was done by clubmask
http://clubmask.sourceforge.net, I personally haven't looked at it yet so I'm
not sure what has been done.

You can continue using the libs you are using now, it should not affect
anything, the only difference between stock glibc and the bproc (3.1) glibc is
that the loader was modified to request libraries from the master node if it is
not found locally.
