We (clustermatic) don't have anything in the way of fun apps.  We
presume users come with apps :) You might want to try building MPICH
and finding some MPI code.

I have no idea what Scyld is distributing these days but if it's still
BProc 2.x based, the BProc with clustermatic (3.x) is going to be much
less buggy and more featureful.
