That means the BProc module isn't loaded.

This looks like some ANCIENT config file syntax.

this is incorrect.  The syntax is:

interface eth0 IPaddress Netmask

Another random note - you'll probably have to say depmod -a to get the
dependencies rebuilt and the modules loaded after installing the
clustermatic RPMs.
