No. The patch doesn't address scheduling at all. It's up to mpirun to chose nodes and place the right number of jobs on each node. mpirun can use anything at all to make those decisions. The mpirun I wrote (which I will probably get out some time after xmas) doesn't do any resource allocation at all. We were hoping to trick somebody err... I mean encourage somebody to write an open scheduler for a system like this.
