CI's are generated mainly through Change Management when all core ITIL processes
are implemented. When introducing a CMDB, there is a need to populated CMDB with
existing CI's. How can this be achieved with BPMspace?
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
- Using the Excel Import feature
or
- Using the SQL Import
If you use the Excel or SQL Import, you can collect the CMDB Data from Existing Systems or Databases.
With the Excel, and SQL Import you also can add Additional Informations and Attributes to all Processes, this has no affects on the Process Instance, but such Attributes can´t be edited any more using the Processes.
If you have additional Questions regarding the initial Import, just Ask.
Kind Regards,

Hello Jens,
the initial Import can be done using 3 Ways:
- Build it manually :)
- Using the Excel Import feature
or
- Using the SQL Import
