I am sorry to say that I did not work on the project for quite some time now.
There would be plenty of things to do, namely
* convert to Tapestry 4
* finalize the menu stuff (there is a big issue there with the dynamic creation of the menu items)
* handle more than one email account per login account
* stabilize the code
* work on the email service part
* ...
