The current upstream source has nothing behind the
"Update Info" button for a user's own details on the
admin screen, meaning that unless you have 'admin'
privilege (to change all user details of any user), you
can't change your own details.

I've made a patch (incompatible with the MD5 patch,
until I figure out what the authors want to do with each of
these) so that users without admin permissions can
still change their password or email address.
