Hello,
I have a problem running the clustering preparation for the input files.
After selecting the directory that contains my genbank files then I get this error

Illegal division by zero at /home/idowu/tools/BPGA-1.3-linux-x86_64-0-0-0/BPGA-Version-1.3/lib/std/cavaexecscript/BPGA-Version-1.3.pl line 479, <fh2> line 2.</fh2>

I cant find the perl script so I dont know what the error is exactly.
