Hey guys,

Great job on the software. There seems to be some issues however when working on PC and Linux.

I'll start with Linux:
The 'one click' protocol works perfectly, however when you try to do step 1, then 2, (specifically so the cut-off value can be changed from 0.5 to something more stringent), there are many failures along the way:
1. Performing phylogeny doesn't work; it will run through the analysis, but not produce graphs or anything.
2. Atypical GC analysis - Produces 'Error: Can not perform : Atypical GC Analysis'

If there is a way to change the identity cutoff for the one click option, that would be great.

The PC version does not seem to work at all on Windows 8.1.

Thanks

Sorry don't know how to edit original post, but another feature that is missing is the naming of things. Why does the program name things 'Organism1' and 'gene1' in the outputs. This happens even when you've named the genes and organisms in the .fasta format.

    Thanks

Ben, If you select any fasta option we must ignore your headers because it may not have desired pattern. We provide Input_all_original file to maintain original records with new gene/organism records.

        Hi Narendrakumar,

Thanks for the response. I'll give that a go then
