Dear users :
I 've been trying to run BPP to validate species delimitation. In my dataset, there are 5 loci(4 nuclear loci and 1 mitochondrial locus) and 586 sequences for each locus. I gave a guide tree generated by starBEAST. And the delimitation was generated by GMYC in R, totally 78 species.
In the control file, I set A10 as the model.
Everytime I ran BPP, it gave the following error:
ERROR: oom for pmodel.
I wonder what's happening?
Sincerely,
Leonard.

the dataset is too large, both the number of species and the number of sequences.
