I've been trying to validate the species delimitation, which contains 78 species. In my dataset , there are 5 loci and 586 sequences for each locus. Everytime I run BPP_SSE， it gives me the following error:
Number of species-delimitation models = -196876500
Error: oom for pmodel.
I know the oom meas out of memory. So is there any solution?
