I met a problem when using bpp2.2-win32 via bppX-1.1.
The program returned messages: "EOF at site 1120, seq 93" and "C:\Program Files\BPP\bppX-1.1-bpp2.2-win32\bpp2.2\bpp.exe -- killed", although my sequence 93 (actually the last one) have 1140 sites as all other sequences in the file.
Do you have an idea what could be the cause?
Best,
Ondrej

"nobodys's fault but mine" - it was caused just by using interleaved instead of sequential phylip...
