Problems connecting after recent Telstra update

Great product!
Are you guys still active?
If so, Telstra have recently updated their Bigpond cable systems in the last two weeks and now our exisiting win98 BPAlogin PC (which sits in the corner and is never touched except to power on and off each day) refuses to connect to the Bigpond network.
Have you had any other reports of this or am I the only one. If others have reported are you aware what the problem is and a fix?
