#3 7 minutes to short of a wait for heatbea

Seem the Heartbeat comes in at variables times between
7 and 10 minutes. Causing bpalogin to abort and
relogin. changing that 420second wait to 15minutes
makes this a lot better

7 minutes works fine for me, where in the country are you?
i'm in melbourne and i don't have any issues with timeouts.
