Various users have submitted bug reports that BPALogin does not bind to the localport specified (e.g. 5050) when first logging in. This is also present in the source code, where the port is set to 0 (i.e. OS-assigned).

This causes problems with restrictive firewall setups that attempt to limit outgoing UDP as well as incoming.
