#2 MinimumFileAge note

Just a note to make it clear that the initial run of boxi (and I presume boxbackup) does not backup files less than MinimumFileAge (in units of seconds) old.

I installed boxi late one night to test it, and then tried to back up that new boxi directory, but only my old key files that I had placed in that directory were backed up right away. Compare kept reporting that fact, but I, in my ignorance, was surprised and thought I hit a bug. When I launched boxi the next morning, the boxi program files backed up fine.
