A lot of work can be wasted if the .conf file isn't saved promptly.

The Wizard should save the configuration file automatically, at least as a temporary backup.

The Wizard should prompt the user to save the configuration file.

Fortunately, the File, Close process does prompt to Save a modified configuration.

Maybe there can be an obvious indicator that you are running on an unsaved .conf file? Like, "Configuration is OK, but not saved."?

Does boxi use the configuration that is in memory, or the one on disk?

I don't think it is necesarry to put the full path and filename of the configuration file in the windows Title bar.
