#6 Endless Nick loop

1. When both nick and the altNick are already taken the
client goes into a endless loop (Nickname is already in
use) I am not sure you may need to set the nick and
altnick to the same value to get this error. It does leave
with connection timeout at the end but it misbehave
until than.

2. GUI problem - when maximizing a child window, and
later closing it with CTL-F4, the sw gets into an
unspecified state and when you click on another window
to put it in focus, it will maximize but the title bar will
now include two icons on the left as well as two x,
maximize and minimize buttons on the right. try it out -
its fun with five windows, the title bar becomes so
loaded that it opends a second line :)

I am sure you know that but:
- No documentation to be found... (not really a bug)
- Tab to complete the nick name (like in MIRC and
others) is highly desirable (as soon as you get to it I
guess). (not really a bug as well)
- I could open more than one connection to the same
IRC... Is that intended/wise? (bug ?)
