#87 ability to set initial seed placement

Hi,

Have you considered / tried to have the initial seed placement at a spot other than the first base? I find read quality is often bad in many reads for the first 1-5bp, but not so bad I would want to hard clip. Potentially in such cases starting the seed at the 5th or even 10th bp should improve performance significantly.
