Thanks for a great mapping tool! It really is amazingly fast.

I'd like to see a 64-bit build for Windows, since I happen to have a large-memory server running Windows Server 2003 (64-bit). It would be great to be able to use all that power, and all four CPUs. If there's anything relatively straightforward I can do to help, such as locating some missing library, I'd be happy to.

I too would like to make this request. I realise I could/should try to compile it for myself, but that's no necessarily so easy in windows, especially for a windows-user.

This is now available in the latest versions of Bowtie and Bowtie 2.
