#36 /away channel notification messed up.

When I type /away <reason> in a channel, it only tells that one channel that I am away (via a /me type message). It would be nice if it told all channels and users in query windows on that network I was away. Even better would be to set away on all servers I am on and to tell all channels, query windows, and DCC chat windows that I am away.
