#15 Douml conversion, linux testing

I have converted from r69 to a new branch qt4douml as r70.

This branch builds as douml with 'douml' paths and titles, among other things.

It also includes a script setpath.sh and updated README-linux to allow testing of complete application, plugouts and tools under linux from within the build directory (ie, without running make install).

We will likely want to merge this into the qt4port but I have uploaded it separately for now to prevent confusion.
