That's weird.  Maybe SourceForge is playing up?

...erm....yeah - I got 13 megs before it crapped out...I'll try
again...well, it worked on the second attempt?!?!

My server is on DSL - but in the slow direction - so your upload
rates won't be very fast - but it *WILL* get there if you are
patient!
