#28 Computer bots can't reach flags

I have noticed that sometimes a computer bot seems
unable to reach a flag. It behaves as if the flag
space is occupied when in fact it is vacant. I have
observed this problem affecting multiple bots at the
same time on different flags. I play with the
serving PC playing + 1 network player + multiple
computer bots.
