#4 Communication protocols

New Feature : Communication protocols.

In order to emulate the communications between the behavior engine ( lua scripts for bots ) into the simulation but also into reality, I will add a communication engine that will propose 3 protocols ( at least ) : software ( for simulation ), bluetooth and Wifi.

The main purpose is to emulate communications on simulation, and then pass on the next step with real tests from the same application, but with the real robot.
