#51 automatically pretty print sources with xmlformat

Each time a module is submitted to CVS, it should be
first be pretty-printed with xmlformat

A configuration file will be required.
That will ensure a consistent format for all contributors.

Consequently it will be possible to show in a reliable
manner diff between two versions of a module, or two
revisions of an unsynched element.
