#34 Provide a master graphical editor

The interface should allow to create or modify an
existing master.
An external configuration file would provide to BGUI
the allowed structure for the master for each supported
DTD.
Then the interface would allow to add structuring
elements (and automatically create title entities for
them), and module elements.
