Well, I did not try this yet. Maybe you can try to play with the "CVS
command" option in BorCVS to mimic WinCVS's commands and see if that
works?
BTW, what I think is missing from your CVSROOT string is the connection
method, which, in this case, should be "ext", I think. You also have to
set the environment variables to force CVS to use SSH as described in the
Cederqvist manual...
