Get Delphi 5 install and copy it from there.
But... It seems to me that in order to run BorCVS under Delphi 6 it should be compiled with
Delphi 6.

Hello!

As stated in the "Readme", BorCVS currently does not support Delphi 6 (and 
also BCB 6). This is because I don't have BCB 6 yet, which is necessary to 
build the DLL with the V6 runtime libraries which are needed for both V6 
IDE's. Volunteers are welcome...

BTW, it's not possible to compile an expert without runtime packages (it 
uses the same process space as the IDE itself and therefore has to use the 
same packages). There was an extensive discussion about this in one of the 
borland newsgroups.

Wait, wait, wait! What about FreeVCS? The same DLL works without problems with D5 & D6.

The author should build BorCVS.dll without runtime packages.
