#5 retrieve the most recent revision-bug

When I want to checkout module and set the option 'If
no matching revision is found, retrieve the most recent
revision', this option will be ignored.
The output looks like: cvs.exe -
d :ntserver:w2k:/repository checkout -r 1.2 -P cvstest
Here you can see, that the parameter -f misses.
