Hi, The results of bootinfo is: => Grub2 (v1.99) is installed in the MBR of /dev/sda and looks at sector 1 of the same hard drive for core.img. core.img is at this location and looks in partition 92 for . But I look through the partition table and I can't tell which one 92 refers to. I have sda1 and 5 through 15. The number 92 does not show up anywhere else. How can I interpret this number? Thanks, Stewart
You can find a copy of bootmgfw.efi in folder WinSxS
When i selected Windows(UEFI) in grub menu, "error file '/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi' not found" popped up. 1. Tried updates in ubuntu terminal 2. Tried repair boot by installing Boot Info Script 3. Tried updating grub.cfg in /boot/grub/grub.cfg None of the steps above work, please help me.
