BootComplete

When you boot Windows, your computer isn't really done loading until sometime after you log in. This program notifies you when Windows is truly done loading.

As with all of my programs, they present interesting examples. This application uses Event Viewer and Performance Counter. If you're trying to learn how to use them, take a look at how I use them in my code.
