About the deprecation of bintray.com

Due to https://status.bintray.com/, the package https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/beta/1.76.0.beta1/source/boost_1_76_0_b1.tar.gz on https://www.boost.org/users/download/ will no longer available, is there formal places for download or just use https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.76.0.beta1/boost_1_76_0_b1.tar.gz/download instead?

Is there any throttling policy for access https://sourceforge.net?
I wonder is it a concern if I use above link in our repo which may be built 200+ times/day

Yes, the new location is on https://boostorg.jfrog.io/artifactory/main/release/

Maybe you should consider a local cache of the boost release that you are using.
