Last Changes ============ (April 2014): - Added export of 0-1 optimization problem as Potassco ASP problem. Use "save_ASP( Filename )". - Added option for removing inputs when searching for maximal symbolic steady states. Use "inputs_to_blinkers()" to convert each input node into a blinker, i.e., a node with a negative self-regulation.
