#1 Custom TCP port and Proxy authentification

It would be nice to customize the TCP port of the web
server where Bookmarksync is installed. I've made some
tests by setting the URL to http://myserver:1234 in the
registry. If the initial connection doesn't work the URL is
saved back in the registry as http://myserver hence
losing the custom port.

It would also be nice to be able to add basic proxy
authentification in the settings since it's supported by
most proxy servers.
