#45 Chapter list

It would be very usefull if it could have a chapter list.

Every java application should have information of the
other java applications chapters.

If we execute MyBook02.jar we see:

Chapter 01: The Beggining (MyBook)
Chapter 02: Enchanted house (MyBook01)
Chapter 03: Cold fear (MyBook01)
Chapter 04: Surprise (Current)
Chapter 05: Just falling (Current)
Chapter 06: The Conclusion (MyBook03)

The chapter list might be automatically generated using
regex expressions.

makeztxt uses this method and it works great.
