#39 Restore books settings from midlet

It would be very convinient to restore settings of every
book from midlet (font, indents, etc) or if it's complicated
to add something like project files for midlets.

Consider, for example, you want to add one more text
file to existing group of books... You want to keep your
old settings for previous files.

The software itself is great! It's very useful.
