#21 Do Not Sync folder

I have some bookmarks at work that i dont really need
at home and vise versa. having the client reconize a
folder like "Do not Sync" that causes that folder not to
be uploaded would be great.

Or better, have the "Do Not Sync" folder more like "Do
not upload" so it keeps all the browsers on that machine
synced but doesnt upload them to the server.
