#13 Export Functions

It would be great if it could export to XBEL. The
bookmakrs are already in XML so a transform is all that
is really needed.

If you like I could make a XSLT to do the transform that
way all you would have to do is load a dom and apply.

Let me know if you wish for some help on this one.

I thought the XML files used by SyncIt are already XBEL...?
