#4 Program does not ron

The program does not run on my PC (W98SE).

When starting BookmarkBridge I get two messages:

C:\Program Files\BookmarkBridge\bookmarkbridge.exe
An apparatus ...does not work.

And:

The file BOOKMARKBRIDGE.EXE is
linked to a missing export SHELL32.DLL:SHGetFolderPath

I too have been unable to get the Windows version to run.
I have dowloaded the Windows 13k .exe.file but when I run
it nothing happens - nothing installs and get no error
messages. (Windows Xp Sp2)
