#4 Open file dialogs on Windows too limited

Bookmarkbridge 0.72 on Windows

Settings / [Select Mozilla or Konqueror entry] - >
Location -> Browse: the filetype list only has the default
name of the bookmark file.
One might provide an additional entry *.* to allow any
filename.

Only an interface issue, the underlying logic does not
care about the name (manual entry in file name widget
works).
