#13 support for Vista 64-bit & IE 7

Please add full support for Vista 64-bit. Currently when I try to merge IE 7 favorites into FireFox 3 Bookmarks, BookmarkBridge (Version 0.76 beta) errors with the message that the file is Read Only - it is not. The only attribute that may be stopping it is the "N" (Not Indexed) - I've turned Indexing off to drastically improve performance. "N" can "lock" the file if removed, and theoretically the file can be "unlocked" by enabling "N". I tried this but received the same error. And I've tried launching BookmarkBridge as "Administrator", but does not help. I suspect the problem is compatibility, and thus this request.

Support for Vista (32 & 64) would be a big help in dealing with the 2 different browsers, as each has various useful features the other does not - specifically IE7 can render more web pages correctly, and FF3 is more secure.
