Bookingpad / News: Recent posts

After 2 years running on our own servers, Bookingpad has been released as an open source project for people to download and run on their own servers.

Whilst the code has been tested by over 300 hundred registered sites, significant changes have been made so as to use Hibernate. This enables Bookingpad to be run on a variety of databases. Postgres and Mysql scripts have been provided.

It is hoped that by releasing Bookingpad as open source, it will see wider adoption and benefit from additional input into features and development.... read more
