#3 PHP Booking Calendar_10f comment out debug code

The add_event.php file contains some debug code that needed to be commented out otherwise the header redirection function following the add_event would not display correctly.

Additional Resources (other than the default 3) are in the includes/application_top.php file where their table field names should also be assigned and the field included in the booking_schedule table.
